What's it all mean?
This is our first-ever offering from the famed growing region of Colombia. It is a coffee that is both familiar and utterly exotic. With a super silky body in the cup, we dubbed this one the "smooth operator."
Behind the bean
Our latest offering is sourced from small family-owned farms located within the city of Pereira in the department of Risaralda, Colombia. Producers pick and process coffee at their own micro-wet mills and then dry their own coffee at their own micro-wet mills and then dry it, typically on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the nearly continuous rainy season.
