What's it all mean?

Our latest Guatemala is from Huehuetenango, which translates to “place of the ancients.” We’ve roasted these special beans with a delicate touch, bringing forth a fruity sweetness that lands on a savory bed. This is a bright and cheery cup bound to bring light to the cold Winter days ahead. 

Behind the bean:

Fincas Las Peñitas is a small family farm owned by Fransisco Gaspar Salucio. He works with his his wife Izabella and his two daughters harvesting on a lot that he named after the rocky areas surrounding the cultivated land. Fransisco said, “Fincas Las Peñitas is part of the family and part of the experiences we have lived through. We have had beautiful moments here and seen our dreams become a reality through years of hard work and sacrifice.” Ready Set is proud to roast and offer to you this spectacular coffee.
