What's it all mean?
Our first offering from Peru is roasted lightly to bring forth exotic savory notes. This is a medium bodied coffee has flavors that linger long after the last sip and leave you wanting more.
Behind the bean:
This coffee comes from the El Carro farm in the area of Corazon de Chirinos. It is produced by Efrain Carhallocllo, a farmer who has been working in coffee for more than 30 years and producing specialty coffee for over 10 years. Together with his wife and daughters they cultivate their coffees with care and patience on a small family owned plot.
