What's it All Mean?
When exploring a new coffee’s possibilities, we roast the beans in a variety of different ways. We thought we’d give you a peak behind the roast room curtain with a chance to try out our latest offering from Rwanda, roasted at 3 different temperatures. It’s a fun way to explore a new coffee, and we recommend a blind-tasting of all three to compare and contrast. This limited edition 3 pack is the second installment of our Exploratorium Series, where we offer small batch roasts from coffee regions around the globe.
Behind the Bean
The beans are grown in western Rwanda by the Misozi Kopakaki cooperative. This group of farmers came together to pool their coffee, resources and knowledge to provide the best possible coffees. The coop is certified Fair Trade to guarantee transparency and fairness throughout the growing community.
