We're thrilled to introduce our very first coffee from Costa Rica! This amazing lot is incredibly sweet, smooth, and perfect for sipping all day. We love it so much, we feature it on drip daily at our shop.
Behind the Bean:
La Candelilla Estate is owned and operated by seven siblings of the Sanchez family. It was the first micro mill in Costa Rica and a pioneer of the micro mill trend. It is grown Tarrazu is one of Costa Rica’s most renowned coffee-growing regions, located in the country’s central highlands. Its high elevation, volcanic soil, and cool temperatures create ideal conditions for producing dense, flavorful coffee beans.
