We roast these naturally processed, high-grown beans with intense heat for a short time to unlock their bright, fruit-forward flavors. Perfect for pour overs, ideal for drip coffee all day long, and absolutely refreshing as a cold brew.

Behind the bean:

The GERA Estate, located in Ethiopia’s Djimma region at over 6,500 feet above sea level, benefits from ideal conditions for growing specialty coffee, including nitrogen-rich plants and natural fertilizers. No chemical fertilizers or insecticides are used, with a focus on sustainability and fair working conditions. GERA provides free housing, childcare, education, clean water, electricity, healthcare, and recreational facilities for all employees.
