We're excited to introduce our first-ever coffee from Colombia’s department of Huila! Roasted to highlight its full-bodied sweetness, this is a brew you'll crave all day. Perfect for pour-over and makes delightful cold brew. 

Behind the bean:

This coffee comes from a group of small farms in the department of Huila. Huila is home to a chain of volcanoes, including the Nevado del Huila, which has historically enriched the region’s soil—creating ideal conditions for growing coffee. The area produces coffees renowned for their bright acidity, balanced body, and rich sweetness.
