Grown high in the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico, this special short-run coffee comes from small family farms rooted in rich volcanic soil at elevations around 3,200 feet. The region’s climate and altitude create a cup that feels both bright and comforting from the very first sip.

Approachable yet expressive, this is the kind of coffee that works just as well for slow mornings, weekly commutes, and afternoon pick-me-ups. It’s a limited run, but one we think is well worth spending some time with.
